Tom’s 18+ years of hands-on and managerial experience spans domestic and commercial construction. The business was established in 2020 and carries up to £5 million public liability insurance. Our background combines the practical demands of site work with the attention needed for the finished joinery.
Joinery for developments and refurbishments
We undertake first- and second-fix joinery within larger projects, from timber framing and studwork through to doors, skirting and fitted details. Drawings, schedules and specifications help define the work package. Tell us about the site arrangements, other trades and proposed sequence so these can be considered when discussing resources and timing.
Fit-outs shaped around the premises
Commercial interiors need to work for the people using them. Our fit-out work can include fitted storage, counters, shelving and staff kitchen areas. We discuss finishes and practical requirements alongside access, working areas and any constraints associated with occupied premises. The agreed brief should make clear which elements are included and which are being delivered by others.
Site coordination and project management
We offer site management alongside hands-on building and joinery services. The role can include coordinating trades, material requirements, progress and the quality of the agreed work. We establish the level of oversight required and the reporting arrangements with the client, including how decisions and changes will be communicated during the project.
Experience across public and private projects
Our experience includes work with Bury Council and Muir Housing, alongside private developments. Tom’s background also includes care-home builds and heritage restoration projects valued at over £1 million. For a new enquiry, tell us about the client requirements and the nature of the building so we can discuss the relevant experience and proposed approach.
